Our coaches do not subscribe to a particular diet approach. Actually, the word "Diet" is a bad word in our vocabulary. Instead, we adhere to the most effective and sustainable approach to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight: a balance between good nutrition, exercise, positive self image and attitude. There are no fad diets, pre-determined meal plans or quick fix approaches, just personalized plans of action that focus on losing and managing a healthy weight for the rest of your life.
