When you join the first step is to assess your current fitness level. Next, you and your coach will take a hard look at your current lifestyle and exercise interests. This will help you set fitness goals you can achieve. This makes it fun to get fit.
Together you and your coach will create a plan that works for your lifestyle and leads to you reaching your goal. You will also have a variety of tools available to you to track your exercise progress and measure your success!
Your ValueOptions’ coach will help you identify and learn about obstacles you encounter when trying to reach your exercise goals, then you and your coach will collaborate to develop a plan to overcome those obstacles. All along the way, your coach supports, encourages, challenges and motivates you. |
